-Please leave sweatshirt color (options shown in photos), pets name(s), font color + style in the personalization box
-If you would like you pet(s) outline in anything OTHER THAN BLACK, please specify, otherwise they will be all black.
-Add to cart and checkout!
-Lastly, send me a photo of your pet via email shopbytracey@gmail.com. (NOTE: Please choose your favorite photo, if you want to change after we've already had it digitized it will cost $10 to digitize a 2nd image). We will get back to you within 48 hours with a mockup prior to fulfilling your order.
***I am able make reasonable changes from the mockup, please note that I will not be able to change design entirely (use a new photo) without another $10 design fee. Please approve the mockup within 24 hours to keep the process moving smoothly, I will have to cancel if no response is given within 48 hours, less a $10 design fee.
**ENSURE THE PHOTO IS GOOD QUALITY. Good lighting so we can see your pets whole head.

-Both options are unisex sizing, size down for a more fitting look, size up for more oversized look.
Basic brand may vary depending on availability
-8 oz 50/50 cotton/polyester, Air jet yarn for softer feel and reduced pilling, classic fit.
OR
-Comfort colors grey crewneck sweatshirt (other colors available upon request)
-9.5oz 80/20 ring spun cotton/polyester, relaxed fit. Garment dyed, relaxed fit.
**Youth sizes only available in Sport Grey, White, Black, Dark Heather, Forest, Maroon, Navy, Red and royal blue.
-Embroidery is sized for a left chest logo, usually the pet will be approx 3-3.5" at the biggest point. If a name is added below the design will be taller.
>>Design is embroidered, backing/stabilizer is needed to complete this design (meaning there will be material stitched inside your garment behind the design, this is common for all embroidered designs). There may be indents on the sweatshirt from where it was hooped, this goes away with first wash.
>>The mockup you receive is not stitched out yet, your actual sweatshirt may vary slightly.
>>Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
>>Shipping will be first class if under 16oz, priority mail if over 1lb
