-Lastly, send me a photo of your pet via Etsy messages. (NOTE: Please choose your favorite photo, if you want to change after we've already had it digitized it will cost $10 to digitize a 2nd image). We will get back to you within 48 hours with a mockup prior to fulfilling your order.
***I am able make minor changes from the mockup, please note that I will not be able to change design entirely without another $10 design fee (PER PET). Please approve the mockup within 24 hours to keep the process moving smoothly, I will have to cancel if no response is given within 48 hours, less a $10 design fee PER PET.
**ENSURE THE PHOTO IS GOOD QUALITY. Good lighting, head on or slightly turned is okay (portrait is HEAD ONLY), able to see all of pets face. What you see in the photo is what your embroidery will look like. I may request an additional photo if I'm not able to get an accurate design from photo.

>100% recycled fabric
>8.1-ounce, 60% recycled cotton/40% recycled polyester
>Recycled natural color twill back neck tape & drawcords
>Unisex sizing, size down for a more fitting look, size up for more oversized look.
-Embroidery is sized for a left chest logo, usually the pet will be approx 3-3.5" at the largest point, 2 pets will be 4.5". If a name is added below the design will be taller.
>>Design is embroidered, backing/stabilizer is needed to complete this design (meaning there will be material stitched inside your garment behind the design, this is common for all embroidered designs). There may be indents on the sweatshirt from where it was hooped, this goes away with first wash.
>>The mockup you receive is not stitched out yet, your actual sweatshirt may vary slightly.
